  • Recipe - Jowar Missi Plus Rotis

    Radix Nutritive® presents a sumptuous, delicious, and healthy Gluten free “Jowar Missi Plus” Roti flour / atta. Ingredients: Jowar/ Sorghum, Kala Chana/ Black Chickpeas, Sabudana/ Tapioca and Psyllium Husk. Although being a “No Wheat”, “No Maida” and “No Gum” flour, its a delight to knead the dough and witness fluffy phulkas, rotis, chapatis, parathas and puris. And guess what, all you need is to add salt to taste, carom seeds (optional) , water. and use the rolling pin !!! It's a delight to WATCH THE VIDEO of dough making - LIVE Procedure: Take flour in a vessel; add salt to taste and ajwain to it. Mix it well Add water, gradually and make a soft dough. Knead it till folding cracks disappear Rest the dough for 5-10 mins Roll the dough with ROLLING PIN into phulkas, rotis, or parathas and cook it on hot tawa. Enjoy with your favorite curry!!!   • Jowar Dhokla Recipe

    PROCEDURE: Sieve Radix Nutritive® Jowar Flour and Gram Flour to ensure that there is no occurrence of lumps Add ½ cup of water to ½ cup curd and stir it to form a nice consistent butter milk Mix all the listed ingredients except Eno salt to make a smooth batter Cover the batter and let it rest for 15-20 mins at room temperature We might need to add 2 tbsp. of water to bring the batter as per desired consistency, as Jowar has a natural tendency to absorb more water Mix the Eno salt and pour the batter into a greased vessel for steaming and Steam the batter on medium flame for 30 mins (approx.) Vow…Jowar Dhokla are ready to be relished!!!. Slice the Dhoklas. Season them with mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chilly. Sprinkling roasted sesame seeds/ grated coconut will add to taste and increase in nutritional value.
