Recipe - Jowar Missi Plus Rotis

Radix Nutritive® presents a sumptuous, delicious, and healthy Gluten free “Jowar Missi Plus” Roti flour / atta.

Ingredients: Jowar/ Sorghum, Kala Chana/ Black Chickpeas, Sabudana/ Tapioca and Psyllium Husk.

Although being a “No Wheat”, “No Maida” and “No Gum” flour, its a delight to knead the dough and witness fluffy phulkas, rotis, chapatis, parathas and puris.

And guess what, all you need is to add salt to taste, carom seeds (optional) , water. and use the rolling pin !!!

  1. Take flour in a vessel; add salt to taste and ajwain to it. Mix it well

  2. Add water, gradually and make a soft dough. Knead it till folding cracks disappear

  3. Rest the dough for 5-10 mins

  4. Roll the dough with ROLLING PIN into phulkas, rotis, or parathas and cook it on hot tawa.

  5. Enjoy with your favorite curry!!!
