PROCEDURE:
Soak Urad dal and rice for 4-5 hours and then grind it to a fine paste
Add Radix Nutritive ® Trinity Multi-Millet flour to Urad dal paste
Add salt and mix the ingredients. Add water, if required to batter for consistency and let it ferment overnight
Heat a dosa pan over medium flame, season the pan with oil and then ladle the batter into the pan & allow it to cook
Serve multi millet dosa with Sambar and Chutney of your choice !!!
