PROCEDURE:
Soak Urad dal for 4-5 hours
Soak Radix Nutritive® Jowar Rawa for 4-5 hours, separately
Grind Urad dal to make a thick paste
Drain excess water from Jowar Rawa and add it to Urad dal paste
Add salt and mix the ingredients well
Allow the paste to ferment overnight
Grease idli plates with Cow Ghee and ladle the paste onto these plates
Steam the idlis for 20 mins at medium flame
Serve steaming hot Jowar Idli with Sambar and Chutney of your choice
