Kodo Millet Idli ingrdients


  1. Wash and soak Radix Nutritive® Roasted Kodo Millet Rawa and Urad Dal in water for 6-8 hours, separately

  2. Grind Urad Dal smoothly and add Kodo Rawa

  3. Mix them well and add salt to form Idli batter

  4. Ferment the batter overnight

  5. Pour the batter in Idli moulds and steam them for 20-30 mins

  6. Enjoy delightful Kodo Millet Idlis with your favorite chutneys !!!
