Jowar Missi Plus Roti Flour
Radix Nutritive® presents a sumptuous, delicious, and healthy Gluten free “Jowar Missi Plus” Roti flour / atta.
While envisioning healthy roti making, we included a millet as a nutri-cereal, a legume for its high protein and dietary fiber content and a binding agent to come up with Jowar Missi Roti flour.
Ingredients include Jowar/ Sorghum, Kala Chana/ Black Chickpeas, Sabudana/ Tapioca and Psyllium Husk.
Although being a “No Wheat”, “No Maida” and “No Gum” flour, it’s a delight to knead the dough and witness fluffy phulkas, rotis, chapatis, parathas and puris.
The consistency and constituents of the flour are a delight in dough making. And guess what, all you need is to add salt to taste, carom seeds (optional) , water. and use the rolling pin!!!
Serve them hot and relish with your favorite curries.
One 500 gms pack of this flour makes approx 20 to 25 rotis.
