Procedure:
Soak Urad dal and Trinity Multi-Millet Rawa for 4-7 hours, separately
Grind Urad dal to make a thick paste
Drain excess water from Rawa and add it to the paste
Add salt, mix the ingredients well and allow it to ferment overnight
Grease idli plates with Cow Ghee and steam the idlies for 20 mins at medium flame
Serve steaming hot idlies with Sambar and Chutney of your choice
