Trinity Millet Idlis - Gluten free

  • Soak Urad dal and Trinity Multi-Millet Rawa for 4-7 hours, separately

  • Grind Urad dal to make a thick paste

  • Drain excess water from Rawa and add it to the paste

  • Add salt, mix the ingredients well and allow it to ferment overnight

  • Grease idli plates with Cow Ghee and steam the idlies for 20 mins at medium flame

  • Serve steaming hot idlies with Sambar and Chutney of your choice
