Foxtail Millet Kesari recipe


  1. Heat 1 Tsp of Ghee, fry Cashew Nuts and Raisins

  2. Add Radix Nutritive® Roasted Foxtail Millet Rawa and roast

  3. Add 1 1/2 cup Water and let it simmer. Mix well to avoid lumps. Cover and cook on low flame for 5-7 mins

  4. Add Jaggery and keep stirring. Add 1 Tbsp Ghee, let it cook

  5. The mixture will start to thicken. Add remaining ghee, cardamom powder, food colouring. mix well and cook until Foxtail Millet Kesari starts leaving the side of the pan

  6. An aromatic millet based jaggery dish is ready to serve
