Ingredients include Jowar/ Sorghum, Kala Chana/ Gram Flour, Sabudana/ Tapioca and Psyllium Husk.  

 

Although being a “No Wheat”, “No Maida” and “No Gum” flour, its a delight to knead the dough and withness fluffy phulkas, rotis, chapatis, parathas and puris. 

 

And guess what, all you need is to add salt to taste, carom seeds (optional) , water. and use the rolling pin !!! 

 

Serve them hot and relish with your favorite curries.

One 500 gms pack of this flour makes approx 20 to 25 rotis.
