  1. Take Radix Nutritive® Ragi Flour in large bowl and mix all ingredients with some water to make a thin batter

  2. Heat a pan over medium heat, season the pan with oil and then ladle the batter into the hot pan

  3. Allow the dosa to cook through and season the dosa with oil at the edges for ease in flipping

  4. Fold it, serve hot and crispy ragi dosas with chutney and sambar
