Soak Radix Nutritive® Roasted Foxtail Millet for 1-2 hours.
Wash it well
Drain out excess water and wash the millet. Now add fresh water as per prescription
Empty the contents of the bowl in a pan
Heat a pan, add ghee, cumin let it splutter, add foxtail millet
Stir, add water, salt, cover cook on low to medium heat
Stir after 5-7 minutes, cover and cook for approx. 10 minutes
Millets will absorb all the water.it is fluffy and soft ready to eat with your favorite curry.
Suggestion- Cooked millet can be made into Lemon Rice ,Puliogare, Payasam, BisiBeleBhath or Fried Rice.
